Standard Events Pricing

(Day event checkout by 4:00 PM. Evening check-in at 5:00 PM or later)

All standard pricing include:

  • Outside catering and alcohol are allowed with an additional fee.
  • Check-in and check-out time must include your set-up and clean-up.
  • The Chanel’s Event Center team sets up and puts away your tables & chairs.
  • All reservations require a 50% deposit. Final payment must be made 2 weeks before your event. Unused hours are non-refundable.
  • 30-minute on-site planning visit with Chanel’s Event Center staff.

Micro Weddings

$1,600

  • Venue access for set-up, decorating and vendor arrival begins at 10:00 AM.
  • Checkout no later than 11:00 PM.
  • Planning an intimate wedding? Chanel’s Event Center is perfect for a small outdoor or indoor ceremony!
  • The intimate space provides great amenities and a comfortable atmosphere year-round for you and your guests.
  • This package includes exclusive building access from 10 AM to 11 PM, the set-up of tables, chairs and linens by Chanel’s Event Center staff, and post-wedding clean-up of food and beverage trash.
  • Payment may be split in half upon booking (final payment due 45 days prior to your reservation date)

  • 1-hour rehearsal building access (booked on space availability before 5 PM)
  • Custom indoor and outdoor setup
  • Choice of white or black linens (for 60″ round and 6′ long tables – note: linens are not floor-length)
  • 30-minute on-site planning visit with Chanel’s Event Center staff
  • Unlimited unaccompanied planning visits (upon availability)
  • Unlimited communication regarding set-up specifics 60 days or less before your wedding
  • Post-wedding clean-up service (decorations and balloon arches not included in service)

Weighing a Short Wedding vs. Micro Wedding? Things to think about:

  • Do you plan to have a caterer, decorator, and/or florist? They may need to deliver your items and then head to their next event. Our Micro Wedding gives you access all day for your vendors and family/friends to set-up.
  • We book two events a day. Day events check out by 4:00 and evening events check-in at 5:00. If you are worried about time, consider the Micro Wedding so you aren’t stressed about earlier access.
  • Do you want a rehearsal hour? That is included in the Micro Wedding (Mon-Thurs until 4:00 PM)
  • Do you want someone else to clean up food and beverage trash afterwards? The cleaning service is included in the Micro Wedding!
  • All events typically serve food. Avoid another event’s leftover food smells by booking all day.

Short Wedding & Reception

Venue Access: 5 hours • $950 (Day event checkout by 4:00 PM. Evening check-in at 5:00 PM or later)

No matter how small or casual, weddings need special attention from everyone involved, including our Chanel’s Event Center team working on your special day.

Payment may be split in half upon booking (final payment due 45 days prior to your reservation date).

  • Custom indoor and outdoor setup (Initial setup only, no transition services available)

Host your wedding reception in privacy! This package includes custom indoor set up (Chanel’s Event Center provided tables, chairs, and linens only) and two unaccompanied planning visits.

Payment may be split in half upon booking (final payment due 45 days prior to your reservation date).

  • Your choice of black or white linens (for 60″ round, bistro and 6′ long tables)
  • Two 30-minute unaccompanied planning visits (booked on space availability)

Additional hours may be added onto this package. Each hour is $110. You may choose from any one of our pre-set table configurations. Custom set-up is not included. Indoor custom set up is $50, outdoor custom set up is $100.

Chanel’s staff set-up and tear-down your tables, linens, and chairs before your arrival; please note that Chanel’s Event Center staff are not on site during your event. You simply take out your trash, food, and personal items at checkout. Your rental time must include the time you need to decorate and clean up. Want more time with your guests? Add on our cleaning service for $100 to your event and we clean up your trash (decorations not included)! Note: The Micro Wedding package includes our cleaning service.

A team member will reach out to you at least two weeks prior to your reservation to go over your preferred room layout and any additional requests.

Enjoy a significant discount on our hourly rental rate and have private access to the space for the entire day! This rental is perfect for retreats, sales events, and more. Frequently Asked Questions

May I come in early to set up and stay late to clean up?

All decorating and clean-up must take place within your rental time. Example: If you rent the space from 12-4 PM, check-in for decorating and set-up begins at 12 PM and clean-up and check-out must conclude by 4 PM. Please take care not to start or end your event at your check-in or check-out time. Plan at LEAST 30 minutes prior to your guest’s arrival for set-up and decorating and at LEAST 30 minutes at the end of your reservation for clean-up. Most events need an hour before guest arrival and an hour after guest departure for clean-up. If you need additional time, no worries! Each additional hour is $110. We also offer a food and beverage cleaning service for $100.

What do I need to pay to reserve the building?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your final payment is due no later than 45 days before your event. This will be automatically charged to your card on file. The Incidentals Hold of $150 is due the week of your event. The Incidentals Hold will be returned to you as long as the event venue is left as you found it, the event did not create an undue issues or disturbances, and all personal items are removed. Light sweeping and mopping is expected; trash, food, and personal items must be taken out of the venue by the renter at checkout. An email invoice will be sent to you after the reservation is confirmed.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change or cancel a reservation. We encourage you to reschedule, if possible. All cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 45 days before your event. The guest is responsible for verifying that Chanel’s Event Center has received their cancellation or request for re-booking letter. Events cancelled at least 45 calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a refund minus payment service fees. Events cancelled 1-44 days prior to the event will not receive a refund. Last-minute rescheduling is not possible. The $150 incidentals hold, if paid, will not be refundable in the event of a cancellation. The refund policy applies to ALL conditions (weather, pandemic, illness, emergencies, death, etc.). Events are eligible to be rescheduled one time and must occur within 45 days of your original event date.
